NF oil separators with V100 and bypass debottleneck, from 3 to 6l/s, with extension primers - 5 mg/l
A by-pass located at the inlet box is used to regulate the flow (20% of treatment permissible flow).
Zone V100 sludge integreated into the device retains heavy matter.
Our devices are in accordance with NF P16-451-1 / CN and are NF marked.
The operation of the hydrocarbon separator is based on the difference-in-density separation of insoluble liquids (0.85 density) contained in the runoff water.
The dewatering compartment allows the settling and trapping of suspended solids> 200 μm.
The by-pass system located at the inlet box is used to regulate the flow rate (20% treatment of the admissible flow).
The coalescence system, thanks to its large surface area, allows to concentrate the free hydrocarbons by promoting their collision. The hydrocarbons then rise to the surface.
The automatic shutter (float) avoids any risk of release of hydrocarbons.
- NF certified separators
- Complying with NF EN 858-1 and NF P16-451-1 / CN standards
- Clothing into table of water exit
- Pose possible possible soil
- Easy maintenance
- Products in stock
- For devices with primer (s): provide a 125, 250 or 400 KN cast iron circular buffer depending on the rolling load.
Refer to the PHACIER manual before handling and installing the separator.
An annual inspection visit must be performed to verify the operation of the unit.
It is recommended that the unit be drained when the sludge reaches 50% of the sludge's working volume or that the hydrocarbons occupy 80% of the separator's holding capacity (see NF P16-442).
After each emptying, the apparatus must be re-watered and the flotation of the shutter must be checked.
