Steel oil separator with V100 stripper, without bypass, from 1.5 to 50l/s, with extension primer - 5mg/l
A silt storage unit V100 integrated into the separator retains heavy matter.
The rejection device is 5 mg/L for an entrance concentration from 4250 mg/L that is to say an output of 99.88%. In this possibility, by applying this output, the 1 mg/L rejection is obtained for an entrance concentration from 833 mg/L.
Our devices are in accordance with ZA appendix of NF 858-1 norm and benefit of CE mark.
The operation of the hydrocarbon separator is based on the difference-in-density separation of insoluble liquids (0.85 density) contained in the runoff water.
The dewatering compartment allows the settling and trapping of suspended solids> 200μm.
The coalescence system, thanks to its large surface area, allows to concentrate the free hydrocarbons by promoting their collision. The hydrocarbons then rise to the surface.
The automatic shutter (float) avoids any risk of release of hydrocarbons.
- Complying with NF EN 858-1 and NF EN 858-2 standards
- Clothing into table of water exit
- Pose possible possible soil to size 10
- Easy maintenance
- Products in stock
- For devices with primer (s): provide a 125, 250 or 400 KN cast iron circular buffer depending on the rolling load.
- For devices without a closure kit: choose one of the 3 KN buffers listed in the table below, or refer to data sheet 4984 to select steel extensions with cast iron plugs 125 or 250Kn that are suitable.
Refer to the PHACIER manual before handling and installing the separator.
An annual inspection visit must be performed to verify the operation of the unit.
It is recommended that the unit be drained when the sludge reaches 50% of the sludge's working volume or that the hydrocarbons occupy 80% of the separator's holding capacity (see NF P16-442).
After each emptying, the apparatus must be re-watered and the flotation of the shutter must be checked.
