VARYLIFT lifting station Ø 1000 in PE - 2 water pumps loaded on base plate

This station is used for domestic wastewater including toilet water up to 100 p.e. It is also suitable for rainwater.

Lifting station for domestic use equipped with :
- 1 polyethylene tank with padlockable polyester cover, minimum useful volume of 680L for 1412mm high tanks and 730L for other heights
- 1 ribbed tank bottom for setting in concrete if installed in groundwater
- 1 male inlet in PVC Ø200, sealed with a porthole seal (drilled in the factory) and a flex-seal fitting supplied
- 1 male discharge outlet in PVC Ø63 ext
- 2 single-phase pumps for charged water, maximum 50 mm solid body passage
- 2 stainless steel guide bars 304L

Wastewater or stormwater collection in all cases where effluents arrive lower than the point where they are to be discharged. 

Post intended to be buried outside a building allowing great accessibility for maintenance.
When the effluent enters the substation, the water level gradually rises and lifts the No. 1 level regulator, which informs the electrical cabinet of the possibility of starting one of the pumps. As soon as the water level raises regulator No. 2, a pump is switched on. When the water level drops back down and lowers regulator 1, the pump stops. When the water level rises and controller No. 2 gives the start up information, the second pump is activated because there is alternating operation of the pumps. If the water level continues to rise after a pump has been switched on, it reaches controller No. 3, which activates the second pump. In this case, both pumps operate in parallel until the water level drops to controller 1.

N. B: inform users to prohibit wipes from being disposed of in the waste water network connected to the station.

Note: the adjustment of the level controllers depends on the tidal volume of the pumps and will be carried out on the day of commissioning.
Regular checks to be carried out:
On pumps: oil level, tightening of the supply cable gland, motor insulation.
On the cabinet: fuses, terminal block clamping.
On level regulators: clean them if they are covered with grease or debris, check the contacts. 
If there is a screen basket, empty it regularly.

We remind users of our workstations of the obligation to sign a maintenance contract with a specialist company as soon as they start up. The guarantee of our devices is subject to this condition.
The pump is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of invoice. The warranty is subject to installation and maintenance conditions.
