Vortex flow controller

Active flow control without moving parts, only by means of current effect, large diameter free passage. Wet installation, fixing in the upper manhole by means of dowels against a perfectly vertical flat wall before a reservation on the structure. 
Flat logarithmic spiral-shaped body in 1.4301 stainless steel with quadratic inlet pipe, PVC mounting plate, stainless steel quick-release cable, interchangeable outlet diaphragm, small mounting material. 
Ready to mount, adjusted to the required flow rate, including hydraulic dimensioning, data sheet. The load is measured from the controller axis.

The controller is supplied with a PVC base plate to be bolted against the wall, which must be vertical and perfectly flat.
Vortex controllers operate without moving parts. As a result, they do not wear out and require very little maintenance. Simply pull the unit out of the slide for quick visual inspection from the inside and check that no large objects obstruct the inlet opening.
