VARYLIFT Ø600 PE lift station Ø600 - 1 water pump loaded on seat base

This station is used for the collection of domestic waste water including toilet water up to 15 p. e. It is also suitable for rainwater.

Domestic lifting gear consisting of:
1 cylindrical tank Ø 630 mm inside in polyethylene (PE), minimum useful volume of 190L
1 tank bottom resistant to groundwater
1 screw-on PE cover resting on an O-ring
1 Forsheda gasket and a Ø100 bell saw for drilling the entrance to the site
1 cable entry Ø 63 mm (Ø 63 mm outside)
1 pressure outlet in PVC pressure Ø 63 mm, outside diameter
1 ball check valve PVC F/F DN50 and 1 valve DN 50
1 ventilation Ø 63 ext.
1 seated foot pump for contaminated water with 10 ml of cable, solid body passage max. 50 mm
1 guide bar in stainless steel 304L

This station is used for the recovery of polluted water including WC waters.
Operation is automatic after connection.
The tank receives the water to be pumped back. It fills up, the float switch gives the pump start pulse, the water level goes down and when the tank is almost empty, the float gives the pump stop pulse, and so on.

N. B: inform users to prohibit wipes from being disposed of in the waste water network connected to the station.
Refer to the PRELPE manual before handling and fitting the lifting station.
The pump is ready to be connected to a 220 Mono + Earth socket. It must be protected upstream by a 30 mA differential switch.
Periodically check that the pump orifice is not partially blocked. 
Clean the tank periodically. 
Clean the float switch monthly.

A maintenance contract of at least 2 visits per year with a specialized company must be signed as soon as the equipment is put into service.
The pump is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of invoice.
The warranty is subject to installation and maintenance conditions.
