Grease separators with sludge - above ground - special doorway.
Concerning small communities and establishments (as blocks, flats, factories, schools, restaurants, hotels,...), the obligation to install grease separators results from the Standard Departmental Health Regulations and the Public Health Code.

The normative reference used for our products is the NF EN 1825-1 standard.
Features : - Surface : 0,25 m² per l/s.
- Silt storage capacity : 100 l per l/s minimum.
- Greases' retention capacity : 40 l per l/s minimum.
- Separator capacity : 240 l per l/s minimum.
We remind you that a silt storage unit is integrated into this grease separator, it will trap heavy matter. Water full of grease enter in the grease separator where a plunging wall forced them to descend towards the separation compartment. Greases with a density lower than water rise to the surface in the central part of the device. The water released from greases goes out after passing through a siphon partition. The temperature at the outlet of the separator must always be lower than 30°C.

After drainage, clean the device up and refill it with clean water up using a water pipe adapted to the apparatus volume.
