Starch separator range, installation on ground with water table

A starch separator is an apparatus for folding the foams and storing any solids.
A starch foam spraying system is installed above the arrival of effluents from the potato peeler.
The control of the spray system must be controlled by the peeler.
Regarding small communities and professional facilities, collective kitchens, restaurants, the obligation to install starch separators results from the standard departmental health regulations and the public health code.
The apparatus will be buried, it is intended to be installed in the presence of the water table or in hydromorphic ground whose level does not exceed the upper generatrix of the apparatus.

In the event of vehicles passing over or backfill height greater than 400mm above the apparatus, a reinforced concrete slab must be poured, resting on the undisturbed ground, so that the separator does not undergo not directly the charges.

This unit can also be placed in elevation:
It will be installed level on a perfectly flat and smooth surface all over the area of ​​the device.

The lid will always be accessible for maintenance.

The installer must supply and install a pressure PVC suction pipe to be connected to the outlet of the appliance and must place the firefighter fitting supplied with the option at the curb.
The separator should be inspected, drained and cleaned regularly, attention is drawn to the need to comply with national or local regulations regarding the disposal of waste.
The frequency of inspections, emptying and cleaning should be determined according to the grease and sludge storage capacity of the separator and operational experience. Unless otherwise specified, the separator must be emptied, cleaned and filled with fresh water at least once a month, and preferably every 15 days (EN 1825-2).
